Shearer Contracting is a medium sized civil engineering Construction Company with and annual turnover of $18 million.

We have successfully completed projects in a number of mine infrastructure as well as the development of major concrete and building structures on new and existing mines. While our major focus is the mining industry Shearer Contracting has also successfully delivered projects for the construction of golf courses, resort developments, road and bridge construction and environmental controls.

All safety and environmental issues will be addressed if required in further submissions through the development of Safety and Environmental Management Plans as well as the delivery of Shearer Contracting’s Quality Management Plan which is registered to AS/NZs ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management Systems- Requirements for the Quality management system for civil engineering design, construction and earthmoving services involving heavy earth moving and construction.

Shearer Contracting owns and operates in excess of 30 items of plant including Dozers, Excavators, Graders, Loaders, Rollers, Watercarts, Backhoes, Compactors, Trucks and mobile screening plants.
